What travelers, guides and tour companies ask most about WanderNao.
WanderNao is a platform connecting travelers with local guides and tour companies in South Korea. You can browse profiles, read reviews and chat directly with a guide before deciding.
Go to Find a Guide, search by name or city, then open a profile to see the introduction, languages, specialties and reviews. Send a contact request with your travel date and discuss the details by message on the platform.
Creating an account, browsing profiles and contacting guides are all free. Service prices are set by the guides and tour companies themselves.
WanderNao does not process online payments yet. You and the guide or tour company agree on payment directly. Please confirm the scope of service, costs and cancellation terms by message before sending any money.
Travelers can only review after the guide has accepted the request and the trip date has passed, or after the tour booking is completed. Each traveler can review a guide only once. Comments from the WanderNao team are labeled separately and do not count toward the average rating. Every review has a Report button.
You can view prices in VND, KRW or USD. Converted prices are estimates based on the current exchange rate. Once you book a tour, the amount of your booking is fixed and does not change with later exchange rates.
Sign up, choose the Guide role and complete your profile with an introduction, city, languages and specialties. Creating a profile is free. You are responsible for complying with South Korean rules on residence, work and guide licensing.
Log in and submit your application on the company registration page. Once verified by WanderNao, the company gets a blue check mark next to its name and can publish tours.
The interface is available in Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Articles and profiles are shown in the language their author wrote them in.
