Welcome to WanderNao. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms. WanderNao's goal is to create an open community where Vietnamese travelers can find and connect with Local Friends in South Korea for information, language support, and cultural experiences.

2. Nature of the Platform

• Intermediary Role: WanderNao only provides the technical infrastructure (website) for members to connect. We do not participate in agreements, payments, or the provision of actual services.
• Civil Relationship: All agreements between "Travelers" and "Guides/Local Friends" are private civil agreements between the two parties. WanderNao is entirely independent of these agreements.

3. Responsibilities of the Local Friend

Members registered as Guides (hereinafter referred to as HDV) must commit to:

• Compliance with Local Laws: HDVs are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with South Korean laws (including residency, labor, and tour guide regulations).
• Scope of Activities: Without an International/Domestic Tour Guide Certificate issued by the Korea Tourism Organization, you are only permitted to act as a "Local Friend" providing support for: translation, shopping, directions, cultural experiences, photography... unauthorized professional tour organizing is strictly prohibited.
• Honesty: Provide accurate profile information and do not defraud travelers.

4. Responsibilities of Travelers

• Travelers are responsible for verifying the reliability of the HDV before meeting or conducting financial transactions.
• WanderNao encourages travelers to meet in public places and always stay in touch with relatives to ensure safety.

5. Disclaimer (Important)

Since WanderNao is a free platform and does not control the actual behavior of users, we disclaim responsibility for:

• Any financial disputes, fraud, or conflicts arising between Travelers and HDVs.
• Health incidents, accidents, loss of property, or legal issues occurring during meetings between the two parties.
• The accuracy of information uploaded by users on their profiles.

6. Violation Handling

WanderNao reserves the right to unilaterally and permanently block the account of any member reported for fraud, harassment, or violations of South Korean/Vietnamese law without prior notice.
