3. How to Book a Trip
The booking process is very simple:
- Search for the location you want to visit in the search bar.
- View the list of Guides in that area.
- View reviews, profiles, and choose the right person.
- Click "Send Request" and wait for Guide confirmation.
4. Chat Feature
WanderNao's Chat system helps you communicate directly:
- Send messages: Discuss specific schedules.
- Send photos: Share photos of desired locations.
- Sticker & Emoji: Use the rich Sticker library to make conversations more fun.
- Unsend messages: You can delete messages if sent by mistake.
Tip: You can only start chatting after the Guide accepts your request to ensure information security.
5. Wallet & Payment
WanderNao supports secure top-up and payment:
- Currently, WanderNao is a completely free community website.
- In the future, WanderNao will definitely upgrade the payment system for customer safety.
6. For Local Guides
If you want to earn extra income from local knowledge:
- Register to upgrade to a Guide account.
- Set rates by hour or by day.
